The Regal Louisiana Boardwalk 14 Collects Food Items For Local Shelters With Fun Children’s Event [VIDEO]

How much fun is this? If you have a young'n , you know that more than likely you'll be taking them to see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. Why not take them to see at the Regal Louisiana Boardwalk 14 Saturday, September 28th between 12 noon and 3pm?

Here's why you'll want to take the kiddos to the Regal Boardwalk. They're holding a fundraiser, asking for donations of canned foods and dry pastas for local shelters supporting women and children. You get to see a great movie for the kids and do a kind and generous thing for your community. Plus, it's a great project for kids. In today's world, don't you want to teach them to be giving towards their fellow man?

Here's what our friends at the Regal Louisiana Boardwalk have to say:

In honor of Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 2, we are taking donations of canned foods and uncooked pastas for the local women and children shelters in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Donations will be accepted at Customer Service located inside the Regal Louisiana Boardwalk Stadium 14. Any one that donates will be allowed to sign a cloud that will be displayed next to the door of Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 2 on opening weekend (September 27-28). Our catch phrase is "Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs just blew in donations to the local shelters!"

 

The folks from Books-A-Million will be on hand as well as arts and crafts stations for the little ones in the lobby. We hope to see you there!
