Remaining Beastie Boys Hit With Lawsuit

Capitol Records

You have got to be kidding me! Who does this? Just days after the passing of Adam Yauch aka MCA, it has become public that the remaining members of the Beastie Boys have been hit with a law suit.

For what you might ask? A copyright lawsuit regarding materials that were allegedly sampled DECADES AGO on their first two albums. The lawsuit has been filed by music label Tuf America. The papers were filed the day before MCA passed according to AllHipHop News. Bad, bad, bad timing.
