This video is proof that good people still actually exist in the world.

It's not every day that you see something like this, and I'm not sure exactly what's going on in the very beginning of the clip.

You see a San Francisco man walk along the Subway tracks, before ultimately lying down right in the middle of them. One can certainly guess what he was doing, since it certainly was no accident, but that's not at all the point of this video.

The subway was filled with citizens waiting to catch their ride, so naturally, as soon as the guy laid down, many people sprang into action.

In the security footage, you can barely see folks on his part of the platform literally put their own lives at risk by jumping down in an attempt to pull him up. Other's immediately began running down the platform waving their arms, in an effort to stop the oncoming train. Within seconds, literally everyone on the platform was waving their arms, which proved effective as the train was able to stop.

Luckily for all involved, no one was hurt, and the man was lifted to safety.

Check it out, it starts at the 1:25 mark!
