Robin Williams’ Tribute Tunnel Finally Official

The San Francisco Bay Area paid tribute to one of its most beloved residents Tuesday as the Waldo Tunnel was officially renamed the Robin Williams Tunnel.

Government officials announced months ago that they were working to change the name of the tunnel which connects the Golden Gate Bridge to Marin County.

The tunnel is also known by its nickname, the "Rainbow Tunnel" becuse of the colors seen on its outside arch.
