Run Like An Animal 5K Hosted By University Veterinary Hospital

I have never been apart of a community who is all about the running for charities like the SBC is. I think that is so important in a community, standing together and making a difference.

Every runner in the 5k will receive a bobble head dog trophy and a $100 gift certificate.
The 1st and 2nd place runners in each age group also win a bobble head trophy.
There will also be an award for the fastest human-dog duo in the 1 mile dog run!

TIMELINE:
7:00 a.m. - Race Day Registration and packet pick up begins.
7:45 a.m. - Dog 1 mile fun run
8:15 a.m. - Ready, Set, GO! 5k
9:15 a.m. - Post race awards!!  Post Part: Stick around for fun, live music, food, beer and refreshments after the race. Bring a blanket and lay out on the lawn!

This run will support 3 local non-profit groups in the SBC: Paws 4 Pets, The Pet Education Project, and The Pet Food Pantry of NW Louisiana.
