Ryan Dunn Was Drunk During The Time Of The Wreck

The toxicology reports are in, and it proves that Ryan Dunn was drunk when he crashed his Porsche Monday morning, killing himself and his friend Zachary. His blood alcohol content was .196%, which is two and a half times the legal state limit of .08. No other substances were found in his bloodstream.

Ryan was heavily drinking at Barnaby’s bar before the wreck. A friend at the bar that night, Thaddeus Kalinosk, says he was downing drinks with Ryan and Zachary for a good five hours. They were taking ‘picklebacks’, which are whiskey shots chased by pickle juice. According to Thaddeus, Ryan was ordering drinks for the whole bar and it was one huge party.

Barnaby’s bar will not be facing any charges because Ryan did not appear intoxicated. The bar even gave police surveillance video to prove it.
