Sandra Bullock Adopts Second Child

Actress Sandra Bullock revealed to People that she has adopted a three-year-old girl from Louisiana named Laila.

"When I look at Laila, there's no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here," she said. "I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time."

As for the reaction from her first child, five-year-old Louis, adopted in 2010, Sandra told People that he actually "spearheaded this whole journey."
