‘Scandal’ Star Columbus Short Arrested In Dallas

Columbus Short just can't seem to stay out of trouble.

The former "Scandal" star was arrested Friday in Dallas for public intoxication, E! News reports.

Short allegedly became belligerent while being taken into custody, at one point calling a black officer an "Uncle Tom".

The actor got into a scuffle with a bodyguard at Dallas's popular Katy Trail Ice House and began screaming at police officers before being taken to jail.

Short was arrested earlier this year for felony battery after getting into a bar brawl and was arrested twice for domestic violence. On top of that, his wife has filed for divorce, and "Scandal" producers announced that he would not be returning to the show after three seasons.
