Since I have decided to take charge of my body image and get back into the gym I have joined Orange Theory Fitness. With that I have been watching my calorie intake and how certain foods help burn fat. One thing that has been very apparent in my research is that you can't drink when trying to lose weight. I was a little bummed until I found an article that says I can drink!

Health.com says that you can still drink alcohol AND lose weight, but there are rules you have to follow.

1. Always Eat When You Drink
2. Be Aware that Some Drinks Make You Hungrier
3. Limit Your Drinks

The worst part about diets are the rules, but if I can still have a glass a wine at the end of the day it is worth it.
