George Clooney himself has not confirmed or denied the rumor that he popped the question to his girlfriend of 7 months Amal Alamuddin but it’s pretty hard to miss the fat ring on his girlfriends finger. People Magazine says the photo was taken at a dinner last month with the newly engaged couple and their celebrity friends Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber.

In the new photo, Alamuddin has her hand on Georges neck providing a close-up look at the 7-plus carat stunner. The ring, which Clooney reportedly helped design is an ethically mined emerald-cut diamond features two tapered baguettes set in platinum.
