Sheen’s Ex-Assistant Found Dead

A former assistant to actor Charlie Sheen was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment over the weekend.The body of Rick Calamaro was found by police Sunday, although some reports suggest he may have been dead for several days. No cause of death has been determined, but according to TMZ police did find "numerous pain medications and an open bottle of alcohol" at the scene.

The ex-Hollywood club promoter was on hand for Sheen's public downfall, beginning when Sheen trashed a New York hotel room and held an escort hostage over a missing watch, to his firing from "Two and a Half Men".
