Lindsay Lohan may be going to jail today for 6 months. The L.A. District Attorney's office is seeking that amount of time for her violation of probation. This is in addition to any sentence she receives for felony grand theft charges. The two are separate charges. She is going in to court this afternoon to be formally arraigned and this is when the judge will revoke her probation and ask her to enter a plea for the theft charge.

The cast of the new RH of Miami was released yesterday and the only famous wife is Larsa Pippen, who is married to Scottie. The show has bumped RH of New York and will begin on Feb. 22nd. Camille Grammar's rep has denied that she is joining the NYC cast and is still undecided about whether she will be around for RH of Beverly Hills season 2. Someone much younger is campaigning for her spot should she not return, and that's Heidi Montag. She reportedly has had multiple meetings with producers about being the newest housewife and she feels that her and her husband really have their pulse on the Beverly Hills scene.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry are arguing over their daughter's race and Halle's theory is that she's black. Aubry is French-Canadian and white. Halle says she believes in the one-drop theory, which means if the kid has any black, they are black. It's not clear how this has anything to do with the custody battle, but it's more evidence that Halle is CRAZY!

Two very famous and very hot actresses are on the market again! Sienna Miller and Jude Law have ended their relationship. This was the second go-around for them and they just threw down $12 million on a luxury London home together. Also, Olivia Wilde, star of House, Tron and the new Cowboys and Aliens has ended her marriage to Tao Ruspoli... eight years after the two eloped... back when Olivia was just nineteen. He is an Italian prince whose family owns Rome's Palazzo Ruspoli. Olivia's friend says that "her career has exploded and she saw being married is not as much fun. She feels she missed out on being single getting married so young, and wants to sow her wild oats."
