I was sent this by a friend who said "it's too true". The long and short of this video from south park is those free games you play on your phone where you spend real money to be enjoyable aren't really free.

It reminded me of this game a coworker showed me it's a deer hunting game on your phone. Looked easy and fun. I got in. Yeah it's was alright. But I kept running out of energy and would have to come back in 2 hours to do another level. Or my gun wasn't powerful enough so I had to save up money from my 'hunting trips' to buy a better gun. OR I could pay $99 and buy gold bricks to purchase the best gun in the game and energy bars so I could play as much as I want.

The thing is the game could be amazing ... if they took the artificial barriers out.

That's enough old man Stifler gripping about video games. Now if you'll excuse me I need to find my old Nokia and remaster playing Snake.
