Stallone’s Son’s Cause Of Death Revealed

A coroner's report revealed that the 36-year-old son of action star Sylvester Stallone died of natural causes.

Sage Stallone, who died in July, suffered from a heart condition that causes blockage of the arteries, the coroner's office said.

Stallone was found dead in his home on July 13. There was no foul play suspected, and an initial autopsy found only traces of hydrocodone in his system.
