So I made this for my girlfriend and her friends and got rave reviews ("It's REALLY good!") by three people who all got seconds when I made it last night. Here's a SUPER easy recipe for you to cook if you need a corn dish for Thanksgiving.

Double this if you're expecting a big crowd. I love this recipe. When I ate it, it made me feel like a kid again.

Stifler's Granny's Corn Casserole

2 cans of cream corn
2 tbsp of minced onion
1 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter (I melt this in the microwave so it mixes easier)
1 cup Minute rice
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs
1 cup grated cheese

Mix all the ingredients well in a casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover (or not) and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

BOOM! That's it. I never measure out the cheese on top ... I just cover it hardcore. Hey, I never said it was healthy.
