Subway, Jared Part Ways After 16 Years Amid Investigation

News broke early this morning that the FBI raided Jared Fogle's home in Indiana. The raid was part of an ongoing child pornography investigation.

Fogle's lawyer released the following statement: “Jared has been cooperating, and continues to cooperate, with law enforcement in their investigation of unspecified charges. He has not been detained, arrested or charged with any crime or offense.”

Even though Jared has not been charged with anything at this time, Subway released this statement:

“Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation,” a Subway spokesman said in the statement. “Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming. Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take.”
