I would talk about this story on the radio but I can't say the country

The mayor of Vilnius, Lithuania is so tired of people with luxury cars parking in designated biking paths. He's decided to crush them with a freaking army tank! (Something he learned from the USSR) Granted I'm sure it would just be as effective to send a tow truck caravan company and have the cars towed on sight. But this looks WAY cooler.
