August 16, 2011 I am so excited! The wiener dog races are back at Harrah's Louisiana Downs Labor Day!!! I campaigned for several years to get them to let my wiener dog run in their race but since he was a rescue aka not registered, I hadn't been able to enter Mikey. This year, there's a new sheriff in town and they gave me the okay to run Mikey Memorial Day... but I was out of town. BUMMER! But on Labor Day... It's on!!!
