I have to admit, I was a little worried though. I flew in Friday, one day after all of the airports closed due to the nor'easter that blew in on the heels of Hurricane Sandy.

He parked the van close to the Federal Reserve building, just a few blocks from the World Trade Center, and planned to detonate it using a cell phone from a nearby hotel.

The explosives, however, were fake.
