Susan's Closet, benefiting Susan G. Komen of Northwest Louisiana, is in it's fifth year and is taking place again this Satuday, February 8th! Susan's Closet is a one day event which enables girls all over the SBC to purchase a gown and accessories for prom at an EXTREMELY reduced price.

Yesterday, I had the distinct pleasure of getting to talk to Lindsay Dean from Susan G. Komen. She has a crazy long title, but in a nut shell she's a driving force with Susan G. Komen in our area. The group has found a way to meet the needs of teens who would like to go to prom, but can't afford formal attire while also raising money for Susan G. Komen.
