Recently a photo that Taylor Swift never wanted out in the public has been released. The photo is showing a couple taking a 'meet and greet' style photo with her. If you look closely, heck you can see it in plain view, the man in the photo has his hand is placed very low behind Taylor.

This man is DJ Taylor, who has been no longer with the radio station he was involved with in Denver, is currently in a lawsuit with Taylor for sexual assault charges.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my a-- cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," she said.

TMZ released the photo last week.

This whole situation makes me wonder how many people have been through this, but are too afraid to talk about it. To say that this photo gives me the creeps is an understatement. It bothers me so much. I understand that speaking up about this issue is difficult. It can feel embarrassing and sometimes shameful, but remember that you are the victim and it is not your fault. It doesn't matter who you are, how you are dressed, or the situation that you are in. No one has the right to touch you. No one has the right to make you feel uncomfortable. No one has the right to thrust themselves on you.

I have been in situations where people have yelled inappropriate things at me from a distance and, only once has someone actually physically touched me - but it wasn't as bad as Taylor's case. I was at work, stalking a shelf of dog food. An older man walked by, twirled my hair in his fingers and stopped to smile at me. I stopped what I was doing and went straight to the back room to get away. Looking back I wish I would've yelled at him, or punched him. It was not okay for him to do that. He touched me without my permission and that is not okay.

Sexual assault is a real issue that needs to be discussed, and not hidden from the world.
