According to Fox News, a tentative deal to end the partial government shutdown has been reached by Senate negotiators that will raise the debt ceiling and end the government shutdown.

Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell will talk about it with members of his caucus sometime today.

This would raise the debt ceiling through Feb. 7 with a bill on spending to last through Jan. 15 but won't include any provision relating to the ObamaCare medical device tax, as prior plans did. A single provision meant to verify the income of those receiving ObamaCare subsidies would be included and would require a bipartisan budget committee to return with a broader plan by mid-December.
