The Biebs Says Mariah Yeater is His Billie Jean

Justin Bieber has always been inspired by Michael Jackson! He’s said that he wants a career like Michael because ‘he always sang clean lyrics’ and ‘little kids and grandparents loved Michael’. Just hopefully he doesn’t love kids in the same way that Michael did.

Well now the Biebs is taking a Michael Jackson approach in one of his songs. He wrote a song about the girl that accused him of fathering her baby, Mariah Yeater, and he compares it to a modern day “Billie Jean”. His song “Maria” is in response to all that baby drama and he explained to Billboard magazine why he decided to bring up old news. He said, “That’s my ‘Billie Jean’. It was something I wanted to get off my chest, and I could just say it in a song and get my point across without having to worry about the words I’m using in an interview.”
