The End of the 20% Coupon from Bed Bath & Beyond May Be Near

I have a question for you.  How many times have you been shopping at Bed Bath &Beyond without a 20% off coupon? Probably only a handful times and only in an emergency, I need a new cutting board situation. 

Anyone who knows anything about how to shop knows that you do NOT go into Bed Bath & Beyond without your 20% coupon. Those money saving coupons frequently come in the mail. When you receive one, you stash it away for the day that you need 14 candles (you can never have too many), a new set of pots and pans and a few items from the As Seen on TV display (The Stufz Burger...get it). You do not leave home without that coupon. In the rare foolish times that you did venture outside without it, you can ask one of the kind employees for a coupon and 9 times out of 10 they will give you one. Bless their hearts.

Now comes the news you may not like. Are you sitting down? Have a seat. The fine folks at Bed Bath & Beyond are thinking of getting rid of the 20% coupon. Take a breath. We will be okay. We will make it through this.  I know you planned on never paying full price for a massage chair or a pillow. That 20% coupon makes you feel like you are winning at life. Bed Bath & Beyond has not forgotten about you.  Enter Beyond+ a beta program for customers. This plan will cost shoppers $29.00 a year and they will enjoy a range of perks including 20% off of purchases. Wait..what? That sounds a little too good to be true. For only $29.00 a year I can still enjoy 20% off purchases and other great savings. I want to read the fine print. We do not have the full details on Beyond+ just yet, hopefully the 20% coupon will still be available for use at least through the holidays or I may start shopping this weekend.
