The Kardashian’s sweat shop scandal

The Kardashian’s are in the middle of a sweat shop scandal. According to Star Magazine, they are endorsing and selling fashion products manufactured in foreign sweatshops. A human rights organization has launched an investigation saying that the Kardashian’s shouldn’t be able to profit from slave labor.

Some of their lines that are being questioned are the K-Dash by Kardashian label, Kris Jenner Kollection on QVC, and Kim’s shoe service line, Shoe Dazzle. All of those lines are being questioned for the inhumane working conditions. They are alleging that the factory workers make $1 an hour and work up to 84 hours a week in non-air-conditioned facilities. A rep for the family said that these allegations are not true.

However, if it turns out to be true, it shouldn't be a shocker considering Kim Kardashian was voted Most Ill-Mannered Person of 2011. And that was just the nice way to put it.
