We got the chance to talk to the cast and crew of Popcorn and Chocolate. This is one of the many short films participating in the Louisiana Film Prize.

The Louisiana Film Prize is a contest where 20 short films compete for $50,000. The films are shot locally with locals by locals. The best part about this is that you are the judge. You get to vote on your favorite to win. You can find more information about the Film Prize here.

In the video below, you can see that we got the chance to talk to the Director, Catherine Hatcher, and some cast members from the short film of Popcorn and Chocolate. The short film is about a "A tenacious middle school band student help emotionally rescue a grieving military family through the sale of fundraisers," as described form the Film Prize website.
