Thor and Loki Form Uneasy Alliance in New ‘Thor: The Dark World’ Trailer

Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston and Anthony Hopkins are back for the sequel to Thor.

This time around, Thor and Loki team up to fight enemies from The Dark World. But wait, wasn't he (SPOILERS!) imprisoned at the end of The Avengers? Yup. Just goes to show how bad things must be in old Asgard.

In the trailer, Thor (Hemsworth) reduces a massive stone monster into pebbles with one swing of Mjolnir. Overall, the action scenes seem much bigger than in the original.

And when Loki is set loose to help, Natalie Portman’s character proceeds to slap him across the face ‘for New York.’ Because she's awesome.
