Tom Shafts Katie…In Prenup

Katie Holmes will get virtually nothing form Tom Cruise in the way of cash thanks to their prenup, and according to sources, she's just fine with it.

Sources tell TMZ.com that the prenup Katie signed is heavily stacked in Tom's favor and she'll be walking away from the marriage with what she brought into it...and very little of anything else.

However, Katie is insistent that she wants child support from Tom. and that could get pretty expensive.

As for Katie challenging the prenup, her sources were quoted as saying, "Money is not that important to her.  She makes plenty on her own."
