It's been just over a week since Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise, but the two have issued a joint statement addressing the details of their split.

The couple's reps issued a statement via People, which says, "We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri's best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other's commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other's roles as parents."

TMZ.com reports that Holmes will "have what amounts to primary physical custody, but Tom has significant custodial time with his daughter."

Another source tells RadarOnline.com that "Under the terms of the settlement, Suri isn't permitted to be exposed to anything Scientology related and this includes going to any Scientology churches, parties, etc. Katie made sure that this was ironclad in the agreement."

Holmes filed for divorce from Cruise June 29 citing "irreconcilable differences" and requested sole custody of daughter Suri, which led to widespread speculation that her divorce from Cruise was anything but amicable.
