Summer time in the ArkLaTex is the perfect time to get a watermelon, preferably a locally grown one from Saline and eat it. Side note: what is it about Saline, LA's watermelons? I LOVE me some Saline watermelons. Anyway here's a chef who knows how to peel a melon fast! Like crazy fast.
