Warrants Issued in Death of 24-year-old Texarkana Man

Warrants have been issued for two men wanted in connection with the death of 24-year-old Christopher Guilbeau of Texarkana, Ark.

Guilbeau was found dead late Friday night in an alley near the intersection of West 11th and Della Streets. The day after he was reported missing, 22-year-old Brandon Eric Brown of Dallas and 20-year-old Marquelle Deonte Smith of Texarkana were arrested in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after police there found them in possession of Guilbeau's stolen pickup truck.

Brown and Smith are currently in the custody of the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office, where they'll face charges before being extradited back to Texarkana to face homicide charges.

The investigation into Guilbeau's death continues as detectives from both Texarkana police agencies work together to solve the crime.
