Waves of Glass-Like Ice Crashing Upon Lake Superior’s Shore [VIDEO]

This is one of those things that I found highly interesting and wanted to share with you. The only abnormal things crashing upon the Cross Lake shores are beer cans and Mardi Gras Beads, so I figured you may want to see what some of the colder party of the country have to deal with!

Up north, there's this thing called "ice stacking". Basically, it's ice stacking up. Clever, right?

In all seriousness, it's actually kinda cool to watch. The cold water forms a thin layer of ice at the surface, and as it hits the shore, it breaks apart and stacks up.

It looks like a ton of glass, I don't think I wanna go belly surfing on this shore.
