What You Need to Know Before Heading Off to See Lil Wayne at the CenturyLink Center

It's finally here! Lil Wayne will be at the CenturyLink Center on Sunday for his Dedication tour stop. Before you go leave the house, remember there are a few things you need to know about security at CenturyLink Center. If you've been to a show there recently, like WWE or Monster Nation, you already know what's up.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. but you should arrive early to get through security.

Each guest will be screened with a metal detecting wand. Only bring necessary items to the show in order to expedite screenings. As for bags, you will be limited to bags that are smaller than 6" x 9". A clutch usually passes this, but no backpacks, cinch bags, large purses, etc. Small medial bags or diaper bags will be permitted after they are searched. You can bring a bag bigger than 6" x 9" if it is clear, like a storage bag.

Don't have a bag? You'll be able to access the venue through the "No Bags" line, which should move much more quickly.

Other prohibited items include the following: Video Cameras or Recording Devices, Backpacks, Laser Pointers or Noise Makers, Weapons of any kind, Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal Drugs or Paraphernalia, Selfie Sticks, Lap Top Computers or Tablets, Coolers, Luggage of any kind or Camera Bags.

Just use common sense and prepare before you leave the house.
