I love apps that keep me accountable. If it is apps about reminders, note taking, food tracking I am all about it. This week's featured app is about keeping track of your calories and water intake. The app is called Lifesum: Diet Plans & Recipes.

I have been using this app for a week and I love it. I can no longer get away with sneaking carb loaded snacks. This app will help you if you are doing the keto diet or low carb.
