I used to work out every single day in college, but I also really like cake and candy. So you already know what happened. I slowly stopped working out and I slowly ate more cake and candy. So I have been slowly getting back into working out. This week's featured app is probably my favorite work out app that I have come across.

 

There are two main reasons why I like this app. One, it is free. For a workout app that plans out your workout in an easy way, free is hard to come by with out some kind of subscription. Two, it is super easy. The different workouts are categorized by intensity level, and then you can choose from a quick 7 minute workout to longer more intense sessions.

The app is titled that it is for women, but I think these workouts can work for anyone. So far I really like the 7 min ab workout. Check out more information about the app click here.
