The Los Angeles County coroner's office released its final report Wednesday providing new details on the death of singer Whitney Houston February 11.

According to the report, which was obtained by People and E! Online, Houston went to take a bath before attending Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party. Houston's assistant found the singer face down in more than a foot of "extremely hot" water which caused a burn on her back.

Police arrived on the scene and found an open bottle of champagne, bottles of prescription medicine and loose pills scattered about the room. They later found a small spoon with a  "white crystal like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper" in the bathroom.

Traces of cocaine, Benadryl, Xanax, marijuana and the muscle relaxer Flexeril were found in Houston's system, and the report also notes abrasions to her face arms and legs, as well as a  "bloody purge" coming from Houston's nose.
