Wind Power Elecitricity from Blimp?

I watched the video and said to myself. "Neat." Here's the "next thing" in green energy. It's a big helium filled blimp with a wind turbine in it and a really long extension cord(?). Anyway, check it out.

Of course the obvious problem (to me anyway) is isn't helium hard to come by? Or super expensive? Meh I'm no rocket (blimp) scientist so I'll let them figure that part out.
