Zac Efron Thanks Fans For Their Support

Zac Efron posted a picture of himself in front of Peruvian ruins on his Instagram account and thanked fans for standing by him after reports of his stay in rehab surfaced a few weeks ago.

The photo was accompanied by a caption which read, "Hey guys! Just returned from an incredible trip to Peru with my dad and wanted to thank you all for your support these past few weeks…means the world to me. Love you guys!"

The former "High School Musical" star was spotted in the town of Cuzco, sporting a button-down shirt and jeans. A source tells E! News that Efron is "healthy, happy and not drinking. He's taking time to focus on working."
