Zima Coming Back To The Ark-La-Tex

Do you remember Zima?  The clear, lemon-lime malt beverage from the 90's?  Coors introduced Zima in 1993 as an alternative to beer, but stopped producing it for U.S. consumption in 2008.  Apparently it was big in Japan, because it never went out of production there.

Well Zima is making a comeback here in the States.  According to a spokesman for MillerCoors, Zima is already in distributor warehouses and will be available for a limited time.

So get ready for "Zomething Different" to be on a store shelf in the Shreveport/Bossier area soon.
