Bishop Curry V, a ten year old boy from McKinney, Texas is currently applying for a patent on an invention that could save children from hot cars.
New Safety Reforms Make Child Car Seats Compulsory
His invention is called Oasis. According to the Good News Network, It attaches to a car seat and monitors the heat levels in the surrounding areas. When the temperature gets to a dangerous level it will trigger a fan to blow air on the child. Also, Oasis will notify parents and also emergency services.
He set a goal for $20,000 on GoFundMe to apply for a patent. He currently has raised $28,946.
