It's been a minute since we've heard new music from 21 Savage, but that might change real soon. After dropping "Pause" with Metro Boomin at the top of the year, 21 previewed a couple new songs but hasn't updated us on his solo efforts since then. Before Halloween began (Oct. 30), the "No Heart" rapper jumped onto Twitter and posted what appeared to be a tweet teasing the impending release of a new project.

In a tweet from this past Tuesday, he wrote, "1130." Now, that might not seem like anything by itself, but when you look at the preceding tweets seemingly related to that one, you begin to suspect there's a new project on the way.

On Oct. 14, Savage wrote, "It’s bout to get cold.....savage season!!!!!🗡🗡🗡🗡🗡," 21 tweeted.

Back in August, Savage posted a tweet that hinted he was dropping a new project in the fourth quarter of the 2018 fiscal year. "4th quarter savage way to clutch !!!" he wrote at the time.

His cryptic messages comes about month before he's set to hit the stage at Rolling Loud Los Angeles in December, where he'll perform alongside other major acts like Cardi B, Lil Wayne, Lil Uzi Vert and plenty more. Let's hope 21 drops his forthcoming project before the festival goes down Dec 14-15 in L.A.

While 21 doesn't specify what month and day a theoretical project will drop, all of these tweets seem to point toward him unleashing one pretty soon.

21 says savage season approaches, but it's really been savage season all along. In the last few months, we've seen the Atlanta rapper join forces with other major acts like Future, SZA and G-Herbo. After winning Song of the Year alongside Post Malone at the 2018 MTV VMAS this past August, it looks like he's set to continue his winning ways.
