Alvin Kamara made his rounds on 'Radio Row,' speaking on a variety of topics.

From the possible (and hopeful) return of Drew Brees to a contract extension where "there might be something going on," Kamara shared a lot of info in a few different interviews. One of the most intriguing sit-downs was with Ian Rapaport's RapSheet podcast.

Kamara pretty much confirmed what we all suspected: that he played the majority of the 2019 regular season injured, and it showed when we saw him heat up toward the end of the season when he was 100% again. Kamara also revealed how much he has learned from future Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees over the last three seasons.

He also addressed "the elephant in the room" which is his looming contract extension. Kamara is under contract through 2020 but the Saints are way better off getting a deal done early, much as they did with WR Michael Thomas.

I’ve thought about my situation. We’ll see what gets done. I’m obviously in my third year of my rookie contract, so we’ll see. There might be something going on.

After Ezekial Elliott took the bar to new heights with his $90 million contract extension in 2019, and in addition to Alvin Kamara, Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey, Titans RB Derrick Henry, Packers RB Aaron Jones, and Vikings RB Dalvin Cook are all headed to the open market which will make things very interesting, to say the least.

Kamara also sat with the CBS Sports HQ crew and discussed his feelings on the Saints being so close to a Super Bowl over the last three consecutive seasons.

It's always good to see Kamara speak and it's a reminder of why Saints fans want this guy to stay in Black & Gold forever.

Like he said, "there might be something going on." Let's hope so.
