Another Lohan Fail; Court Date Set For Thursday

Entertainment website TMZ.com reports that troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is due back in a Los Angeles court after a failed sobriety test.

According to the website, Lohan was tested twice last week, testing negative for drugs but positive for alcohol on one test.

The actress has been under house arrest following two DWI cases and a plea deal for allegedly stealing a necklace.
