One of the Best Things About the Provenance Community in Shreveport is the Food.

Some of the best restaurants are located in South Shreveport. We love that the Provenance community is quickly growing into one of the most fun weekend spots. One of the first restaurants to open up at the Provenance community has announced they are closing their doors for good.

You Will Have to Find a New Spot for Oysters and Craft Cocktails.

Frank's Louisiana Restaurant took to their Facebook page to announce the closure they said, "Tomorrow, after Father’s Day Brunch, Frank’s Louisiana Kitchen will close the doors for the final time passing the torch to a new venture! So please stop in this weekend and enjoy a dozen East Coast Oysters, one of your favorite FLK dishes, a craft cocktail, give the FLK Krewe a high five and thank you for letting us serve you these past seven years! Father’s Day brunch is tomorrow June 16th, 11 AM to 3 PM, we hope to see you there!!"

Frank's Louisiana Kitchen Alluded to the Fact That There is a New Venture on the Way.

Unfortunately it is unclear if the new venture is making room for a new spot to open up in the old Frank's Louisiana Kitchen spot or if the crew from Frank's is taking a different direction with heir culinary skills. Either way, we love that they helped make the Provenance community a place to visit and provided some delicious food options for over 7 years.
