As Flood Waters Recede, Submerged Cars Become Visible At Jimmie Davis Cloverleaf

It's been almost a year since the two cloverleaf "bowls" at East 70th Street and the Jimmie Davis Bridge (Shreveport side) haven't been under water. But now, finally as the water recedes, a new surprise awaits motorists getting onto or off the Clyde Fant Parkway: Two cars - one on each side - that folks say have been submerged since "the flood" Sadly, we have to ask...which one?
