Who's ready to get muddy?

The annual Defenders of Liberty Mud Run returns for its fourth year on April 2, hosted by Barksdale Air Force Base. Runners will be tasked with completing a four-mile course full dirt, water and a ton of mud. The course is also sprinkled with 15 military-style obstacles. Your mental and physical determination will definitely be put to the test.

This event is open to all willing to compete.

Multiple waves will run throughout the day and there will be two night waves. The entry fee is $55. If you compete in a team, you will be eligible for a $5 discount. For the kiddos, ages 5-11, there will be a one-mile mud run just for children. Kids ages 12-15 are welcome to compete in the adult course if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Teenagers who are 16 or 17 may race alone, with a signed waiver from their parent or legal guardian.
