Sunday through Thursday the kitchen is open from 5 pm to 12 am and open from 5 pm to 1 am on Friday and Saturday. We love a unique burger option in SHreveport and this month's burger has caught our attention. "The S-H-I-S-H-I-T-O, You can take me HOT TO GOAT Burger" sounds like something out of a travel and food magazine. A burger with whipped lemon thyme goat cheese, blistered shishito peppers, thinly sliced maple balsamic pork belly, red onions, and Umami aioli on a black sesame seed bun.
