Best Gym In The SBC [Poll]

It's here!  Goodbye 2016, Hello 2017!  I think we can all agree, last year sucked.  Even if you personally had a great year - the rest of the world took a beatin'!  Well, it's time to shake that off buttercup!  Those jeans aren't going to fit into themselves!

The time to truly flex your resolve is here!  A huge portion of Shreveport Bossier City residents will be hitting the gym to tone their bods in the next few days.  It's all part of the resolution-filling, glut-of-the-holidays-guilt-easement process.
