Bossier City Police Arrest Suspect in Tuesday Night Murder

A woman was found shot and killed in a Bossier City residence on Whittington Road Tuesday night.

It took Bossier City Police less than 24 hours to find and arrest 32-year-old Terrence Brown for second-degree murder in the shooting death of Kalisca Williams. Brown is being held at the Bossier City jail. No bond has been set.

Detectives were able to ascertain that Brown had been in an argument with another person when he fired his handgun, shooting Williams.

This is the second shooting death in Bossier City in a week's time. The last shooting, where the woman died while driving on I-220 in north Bossier, happened Friday, January 17, 2020. Get that story here.
