Bossier City Releases 2018 Crime Stats
Bossier City has released the crime numbers for 2018. According to the Bossier City Police Department, a total of 10,777 crimes were reported in the city in 2018. That is down compared to the 11,472 crimes reported in 2017.
However, despite the overall decrease in reported crime, several areas stayed the same or increased. In 2017 and 2018, there were 45 reported rapes. Also there were spikes in aggravated assault and auto theft cases.
